Beyond theRepair
The repair matters. So does everything around it. Airway integrates testing, engineering, exchange inventory, and communication into every component repair, supporting dispatch reliability and reducing repeat removals.
01 · Testing & Inspection
Every Component Tested Before It Ships
Standardized in-house testing reduces repeat removals. Every component is tested against approved data using calibrated equipment before certified release.
Airway Performs In-House
- Bench testing
- Functional testing
- Pressure verification
- Flow testing when applicable
- Dimensional and conformity inspection
02 · Engineering
Engineering on the Floor
Engineering judgment lives in the same building as the repair floor. When a repair scheme needs clarification, or when approved data needs interpretation, engineers get involved without handoffs to another facility or extended waits for outside review.
Engineering Support Includes
- Engineering Order (EO) design and approval
- Approved data verification
- Dimensional and conformity inspection
- Material traceability controls
- Sheet metal restoration under approved data
03 · Exchange & Supply
Exchange Inventory
For select supported components, Airway maintains exchange inventory to reduce aircraft downtime during repair cycles. An exchange unit ships out, the aircraft stays in service, and the original component enters the repair flow without grounding the fleet.
Support May Include
- Exchange units for eligible components
- Outright sales of supported spares
- Coordinated repair-return exchange programs
- AxioAero platform parts access
Availability depends on component type and approval scope, and is confirmed at intake.
04 · AOG Response
AOG & Time-Critical Response
When aircraft-on-ground events happen, exchange inventory is often the fastest path back to airworthy. For select supported components, Airway ships exchange units through the AxioAero Group platform while the original component enters standard repair flow.
When exchange isn't applicable, Airway supports urgent repairs with accelerated evaluation, coordinated repair sequencing, and escalated communication cadence throughout the event.
Support May Include
- Exchange inventory shipping for eligible components
- Accelerated evaluation pathways
- Coordinated repair sequencing
- Escalated communication during active repair
05 · Communication
Communication & Repair Transparency
Every repair generates updates at defined points: when Airway receives the component, when evaluation is complete, at milestones during repair, and any time findings change the scope. Scope changes are confirmed with the operator before work continues, so nothing changes without a conversation first.
Airway Provides
- Intake confirmation
- Evaluation findings prior to repair execution
- Milestone status updates
- Disposition guidance when required
- Immediate notification of non-routine findings
