Build Your Career In ADisciplined Repair Environment

Airway Aerospace is an FAA/EASA/CAA Part-145 repair station specializing in component-level repair. We seek technicians, inspectors, and operational professionals who value regulatory discipline, technical precision, and accountability.

Who Thrives at Airway

Airway isn't a large corporate MRO. It's a founder-run shop where Joe and Jackie are still in the building and every team member's work shows up in the final release. That environment rewards specific traits.

Airway values professionals who take pride in technical accuracy and understand the operational impact of their work.

Successful Team Members Demonstrate

  • Attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Accountability in inspection and release processes
  • Respect for regulatory authority and compliance standards
  • Collaborative communication during repair escalation
